Poochino's Den has been a long time in the making. Starting in dog rescue and then owning a dog daycare, animals were always a significant part of my life.
It brings me joy to find new things for my pets. However, findings things for our home, and us, that both displayed how much our pets are part of our family and also fitted with our decor wasn't always easy. It was the same when looking for gifts for my clients.
I started making snuffle mats for enrichment at daycare. Then, made some scarves for our 12 Days of Christmas festivities, and it kept growing from there into the retail section of the dog daycare and now, into its own business.
There are so many ideas jotted down in lists and each one takes R&D and time to get right with the quality that I expect. Poochino's Den has always had one goal in mind: to provide high-quality, hand-crafted products for, and about, your pets.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Each item is handcrafted by me, in Wisconsin, for your specific order. My normal processing time is 3-10 business days. I always strive to get your orders out as quickly as can be. I know you're excited!
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the item.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
NOTE ABOUT STAIN COLOR
The Beauty of Stain
Wood is a natural material. There may be knots, holes, cracks, and there will be a different wood grain pattern on each piece of wood. Our wood is stained evenly, but the wood absorbs the stain differently on each piece and therefore, you can expect slight variances. We do not accept any returns for color variances.

Because of the staff shortages and increased volume that UPS, Fed Ex and United States Postal Service (USPS) have been experiencing from Covid, shipping times are taking longer and tracking on your packages is not being updated consistently. Once our items are placed with the shipper, it is out of our hands. Please plan as far ahead as possible to ensure your item arrives when needed.
